We've been working hard to return as safely as possible and have a few new protocols we'll implement for practice and play, but the opportunity to get Athletes back on the field is here and we can't wait to see everyone out there." *The Special Olympics Texas Return-to-Play training and Covid-19 waiver must both be completed by any athletes, coaches, Unified Partners, and Class A volunteers, without exception, who plan on joining our in-person activities.
In addition to those requirements, we are highly encouraging our athletes and additional participants to have their COVID-19 vaccination, if the opportunity is available, before returning to in-person activities. The safety of our athletes will always be at the forefront.
