Are you braaave enough to plunge into freezing waters with SOTX? Then come out to the frostiest fundraise around! Polar Plunge allows its participants to plunge into chilly water while raising funds for SOTX Athletes. This event will take place Saturday, February 15.
Holiday Inn Express Pool is hosting the Polar Plunge. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the first plunge is set to begin at 10:00 a.m. The cost to participate is $60 for adults and $30 for children under the age of eighteen. Plungers will receive a t-shirt, knit cap, or duffel bag, based upon their plunge level. There will also be a Best Costume award handed out after the plunges, so come dressed to impress!

About the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR)
The Law Enforcement Torch Run is Special Olympics' largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle. In Texas, the Law Enforcement Torch Run began in 1985 and had grown to become one of the largest in the nation. In the last decade, Torch Run has contributed over $11 million through the dedication of thousands of law enforcement personnel fundraising on behalf of SOTX. The support provided by this dedicated group has contributed greatly to programs in local communities, which involve more than 44,500 athletes with intellectual disabilities throughout the state.
