Get Ready for Spring Games in San Antonio

Ready, set, spring!  The Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – San Antonio area Spring Games is on May 4 and you're invited.  Athletes will compete in athletics (track and field) events and star in an inspiring Opening Ceremonies before the Games begin. 

Opening Ceremonies is at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, immediately followed by the track and field competitions at Frank Mata Stadium, located at 1650 W. Thompson Place. Spring Games will wrap at 5:00 p.m.

We need volunteers; no sports experience is necessary!  Help is needed to set-up and break down the facility, and assist with judging, scoring, results and awards.  If you’re interested in volunteering, contact Shawn Britt (sbritt@sotx.org) or Shannon Wells (swells@sotx.org) at 210.530.9898.
