Get Ready for Spring Games in Odessa

Ready, set, spring!  The Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – Permian Basin/Big Bend area Spring Games is on April 13 in Odessa and you're invited to volunteer.  Athletes will compete in athletics (track and field) events and star in an inspiring Opening Ceremonies before the Games begin. 

Opening Ceremonies is at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, immediately followed by the track and field competitions at Ratliff Stadium, located at 1860 East Yukon Road. Spring Games will wrap at 5:00 p.m.

We need volunteers; no sports experience is necessary!  Help is needed to setup and break down the facility, and assist with judging, scoring, results and awards.  If you’re interested in volunteering, contact Norm Arias (narias@sotx.org) at 512.491.2935.
