Ready, Set, Golf - and Bocce - with SOTX

Get ready for a double dose of competitions starring Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) athletes!  SOTX is rounding up its competitors for the annual Central Texas area Fall Games.

First up is a golf competition set for September 24 at the Balcones Country Club Golf Course, located at 11210 Spicewood Club Drive in Austin.  The event will begin at 2:00 p.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. 

On September 28, SOTX athletes will compete in a game of bocce at Parque Zaragoza, located at 2608 Gonzales Street in Austin, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Come out and support our athletes as they compete for the gold!  You or your organization may also volunteer at either of these SOTX events by contacting Jason Miller (jmiller@sotx.org) in the Central Texas area office at 512.491.2962.
