Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) will host its fall sports coaches certification clinic on July 14 in Silsbee.  The training will begin with an instructional session at 9:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Silsbee and wrap at noon.  The session is a requirement to become a certified coach in any sport.  Lunch will be provided.

At 1:00 p.m. at the Silsbee Country Club, SOTX will host the sports specific training.  Participants will select which sport they want to become certified in.  First time coaches must complete the Class A volunteer form in advance, as well as the General Orientation and Protective Behaviors Trainings.  Please bring proof of completion to the clinic. The training will wrap at 3:30 p.m.
