Get into the spring of things and sign up to volunteer at Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – Gulf Coast area's annual Spring Games competition, May 4-5. SOTX athletes will participate in athletics (track and field) and tennis events and an inspiring Opening Ceremonies.
The Games will begin at 1:00 p.m. on May 4 and wrap at 4:00 p.m. Competition on May 5 will kick off immediately after Opening Ceremonies, which will begin at 9:00 a.m.. Saturday's events will also wrap at 4:00 p.m. All competitions will be held at Clear Creek High School, located at 2305 E. Main Street in League City.
We need volunteers to be fans in the stands and encourage our athletes during competition. Help is also needed to set-up and break down the facility, assist with judging, scoring, results and awards.
