Annual Talent Showcase is an Entertaining Fundraiser Benefitting Special Olympics Texas

Come one, come all to the greatest show on Earth;
well, at least in Lubbock anyway. Texas
Tech University (TTU) Athletics and Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – South
Plains area are once again pairing up for the annual talent competition
starring some of SOTX’s finest.
The curtain will open and the spotlight will shine beginning at 7:00 p.m. on
February 6 at the Allen Theater (student union building) on the TTU campus. Cheer on our competitors and support our
singers, dancers and other talented athletes as they rival away from the basketball
court, flag football field and golf course for the chance to take home the top
prize in the show.
Admission is free for all SOTX athletes and TTU student athletes, as well as kids under 10. Admission is $7 for the general public, $5 with a TTU ID card and $3 for children ages 10-17. Proceeds benefit SOTX – South Plains area athletes.
