It's the ultimate tug of war challenge... and a GREAT team-building event! Gather a team and play "tug of war" with a 55,000-lb fire truck. The teams with the Fastest Team Pull will be named the Fire Truck Pull Challenge Champions!  Bring all of your biggest fans to cheer you on during your pull!

Getting Started

Register as an individual or as a team and start your pledge campaign online with a personal fund raising web page.

Don't forget to Download the Fire Truck Pull Waiver, and bring the completed copy to registration check in at the event.

Fundraising

Each team will have a minimum fundraising goal to meet in order to pull, but you will be provided tools such as a fundraising web page that you can send out to friends and family to get their support.

Asking for donations is never easy and it can leave even the most outgoing person with trembling knees. We have provided you with a Promotional Graphics to aid you in your fundraising campaign. Just remember: what is the number one reason that people give? Because you asked! People give to people – not causes – and your passion and enthusiasm for the Fire Truck Pull, and Special Olympics Texas, are your best assets. Happy fundraising!

About the Law Enforcement Torch Run

Fire Truck Pull is a Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics event. The Law Enforcement Torch Run is Special Olympics' largest grassroots fund raiser and public awareness vehicle. Special Olympics athletes and Law Enforcement Torch Run officers carry the "Flame of Hope" at the Opening Ceremonies for Special Olympics competitions around the world.
