Special Olympics Texas Rio Grande Valley Area will be returning to Main Event of Pharr, Texas hosting a 2022 Area Bowling Competition 

The Special Olympics Texas Rio Grande Valley Area Bowling will be spread across four days for those of the Mid-Valley to the Upper Valley and come together to have a friendly competition for the Gold! This day will be for eligible individuals, between the ages of 16 and 21 that bowl without a ramp. The Special Olympics Texas Staff welcome anyone who would like to take part in this event to reach out, participate as a spectator, volunteer, family, or sponsor.

The Special Olympics Texas is a volunteer driven organization, and appreciate each and everyone that gives to our athletes.

Athlete Safety: All athletes must have a current Athlete Medical available in (Spanish) and Covid Waiver on file with the Area SOTX office before they can participate in any practices. If your athletes are missing either of these documents they will not be eligible to participate in the event.
