Athlete Medicals Due - Spring Sports

Fall sports medicals are due February 1, 2024. All pages of the athlete medical must be returned together and fully completed no later than 5 pm. You can submit athlete medicals to medicals@sotx.org and CC the Area Director.

All medical forms can be found by going to the Info Guide (SIG) at sotx.org and by clicking on any sport.
