2024 Area 20 Bocce Ball Competition

Special Olympics Texas Area 20 will host the 2024 Bocce Competition on September 21, 2024 at Byron P. Steele High School! This exciting competition is open to the public free of charge. Come support the athletes of the South Region! Volunteers are always welcome. 

If you are interested in volunteering at this event, or any other Special Olympics event, please contact Emily Suhr at esuhr@sotx.org to request volunteer information. You may also click the "Register" button on the right to register for the event. Volunteers that have signed up for any events must present a photo identification card upon registration in order to volunteer for the day.

Athlete Eligibility/Safety: All athletes must have a current Athlete Medical and Communicable Disease Waiver on file with the SOTX office before they can participate in any practices OR competitions. If your athlete is missing either of these documents they are ineligible to participate. Please contact your Program Director if you have any questions or concerns.  Athletes need to complete the waiver, CLICK HERE to sign and submit.
