Area 17 2023 Bowling Competition - Medicals Due

Special Olympics Texas - Area 17 will be hosting its 2023 Bowling Competition on Saturday, December 9 at South Plains Lanes in Lubbock, TX.

Medical Forms for the 2022 Area 17 - South Plains Bowling Competition are due Friday, October 7, 2023 by 5 p.m. Medicals can be sent in to medicals@sotx.org and jthorne@sotx.org. Please add your area & delegation code in the subject (i.e 17.ORE).

Athlete Safety: All athletes must have a current Athlete Medical on file with the Area SOTX office before they can participate in any practices. If your athletes are missing either of these documents, they will not be able to participate in the event. 

Volunteers: If you are interested in volunteering for this event or other Special Olympics Texas events, you may email J'Nette Thorne at jthorne@sotx.org to request volunteer information. Volunteers that have signed up for any events must present a picture identification card upon registration in order to volunteer for the day.
