Area 13 - Bowling 2023

General Information: 

Special Olympics Texas - Area 13 will host their 2023 Bowling Competition on November 1-5, 2023 at Mel's Lone Star Lanes in Georgetown, Texas.

This event will begin with Opening Ceremonies at 9:30AM each day, followed by competition starting at:
First Shift of Each Day: Begins at 10:00AM ends at 12:30pm
Second Shift Each Day: Begins at 1:00PM ends at 3:30pm.

Awards will be presented on the lanes, after the Athletes in each lane are finished.

Exact schedule of Events will be available closer to the competition. 

We encourage the community to come out and cheer on our athletes as they compete in this year's competition. Special Olympics Texas events are open to the public and we encourage the attendance of families, volunteers, community partners, and spectators! 
 
 
Athlete Safety:  

All Athletes must have a current Athlete Medical & Communicable Disease Waiver on file with the Area SOTX office, before they can participate in any practices. If your Athletes are missing either of these documents they will not be able to participate in the event.

 Volunteers that have signed up for any events must present a picture identification card upon registration in order to volunteer for the day.

• Registration Entry Deadline: September 15, 2023 
• Last Date for ADDS: September 25, 2023* 
  • NO "ADDS" WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
