Special Olympics Texas Rio Grande Valley Area will be hosting 2024 Castilo Hoops Competition in a two-day event, Friday, February 23, 2024 and Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Sharyland Pioneer High School
Saturday, February 24th will be for all Athletes participating in the Individual Skills Competition, which encompasses Target Pass, 10-Meter Dribble, and Spot Shooting. The Individual Skills Competition brings together over 500 Athletes under one roof, set to compete in the sport of Basketball, and we do invite the community, families, school district .personnel to come on out to the event. We begin with the Opening Ceremonies at 9:00 AM, with the parade of athletes to recognize all who are present, followed by the competition.
DEADLINES
All New & Renewed Athlete Registration Forms are REQUIRED by: December 31, 2023.
Area Registration Forms are due: January 19, 2024 at 6 PM.
