East Regional Powerlifting Competition 
Competition Date: Saturday, January 14, 2023
Location: Grand Oaks High School Gym 3, 4800 Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring, TX 77386

Registration begins on November 21, 2022. 
Team/Athlete Entries Deadline: Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
 
  • Any athlete who does not have an active medical prior to competition entry deadline, will be scratched from the competition.  No exceptions will be made.
  • Use the online athlete and delegation entry form template here; download the file and then save using your delegation code and area number.  
  • Please make sure to review all sport rules and any rule changes in the Powerlifting SIG. 
  • Please note: Entry forms should be submitted via email to Donald Sanford at dsanford@sotx.org

  • Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately, SOTX will then send another email the day prior to the event as a reminder that you signed up to volunteer.
  • In the event that we have inclement weather, we will email or send a text message to update all volunteers immediately.
