Medicals: Athlete medicals should be emailed as a complete PDF packet to medicals@sotx.org with your Area Program Director, Donald, copied. The Subject line should be: Medical, Delegation Code, Athlete Name.
Any athlete who does not have an active medical prior to competition entry deadline, will be scratched from the competition.  No exemptions will be made. This will include any athlete whose medical expires prior to Area, Regional or State competition.
  
Event Information 
The Area 22 Gulf Coast Equestrian Competition will be held at SIRE Fort Bend, 7206 Pool Hill Rd, Fulshear, TX 77441.

Parking will be available on site. 

Saturday: Athlete/Team registration will begin at 8:00am, followed by Opening Ceremonies at 9am. The show will begin at 10:00am. Competition we tentatively conclude around 3pm. More information to come.

• Should we experience inclement weather or make any changes to the event, we will email or send a text message to update all volunteers immediately.
• Volunteer opportunities are limited.
