Area 6 Heart of East Texas Spring Games

Sports: Track & Field (TF), Soccer (SC), Cycling (CY), Tennis (TN)

When: April 14-15, 2023

Location: College Station HS, 4002 Victoria Ave, College Station, TX 77845

Entries Deadline: 3/09 by 5pm to Kristen Basel kbasel@sotx.org.

Any athlete who does not have an active medical prior to competition entry deadline, will be scratched from the competition.  No exemptions will be made. This will include any athlete whose medical expires prior to Area, Regional or State competition.
  
Event Information 
The Area 6 Heart of East Texas Spring Games will be held at College Station High School, 4002 Victoria Ave, College Station, TX 77845.
Sports will include: Track & Field, Cycling, and Tennis 
Parking will be available on site.

Friday, April 14, 2023
3:00 PM	Set up beings - Stadium
4-4:45 PM	Team Registration/ Scratches Due
5:00 PM	Track Staging Begins
5:15 PM	Track Events Begin (800m+ races & all Relays)
6:00 PM	Dinner - Cafeteria
7-8:30 PM	Stadium-Victory Dance & Athlete Village
9:00 PM	Close Gates

7:30 AM	Gates Open
8:00 AM	Volunteers/ Teams Arrive
9:00 AM	Opening Ceremonies
10:00 AM	Track Events Begin (both sides of track)
	Cycling Events Start (west parking lot)
	Tennis Events start (tennis courts)
11:30 AM	Lunch Opens
1:00 PM	Field Events begin (Stadium & shot put ring)
	Cycling Events resume (west parking lot)
