The 2022 Winter Games statewide competition was held on February 18-20 in Lakeway and Bee Cave, Texas. The weekend-long event held six different sporting competitions in several venues across the two cities as well as hosted opening ceremonies for all the athletes to attend on Saturday night.

The Winter Games had significant numbers of athletes, coaches, and volunteers participate in the competition. There were 254 athletes, 81 Unified athletes, 81 Unified partners, 175 coaches, and about 690 volunteers providing around 1,200 hours of service and counting.

We had several volunteer photographers offer to capture the event. All the photos can be accessed through this link. We would like to highlight some of our favorite moments captured throughout the Winter Games below. Thank you to all of our photographers for these great images. Though these are all excellent photographers who made this special gallery happen, we'd like to highlight two photographers who captured moments at multiple venues and across different sports occurring throughout the two days of events. Carly Jo Studios and Aaron Hostutler. Additionally, we'd like to thank Bob Yang, the Smith Family, Peggy Dace, our Opening Ceremonies team and the student photography team lead by Christa Frankenberg and others.
