Martin Lloyd first got involved with Special Olympics 5 years ago when his son Coty was attending Killeen ISD, helping out wherever he could. Then two years ago, Martin and his wife Jessica decided to create their own delegation for Coty and other athletes living in their area. Martin is now a coach in Athletics and Bowling for the Tri-County Tornadoes. When you talk with Martin you hear his love for Special Olympics and the athletes involved. He is still willing to step up and help wherever needed, even if that means driving an hour to be a volunteer judge at a Chili Cookoff benefitting Special Olympics Texas.
