Marisol De La Cruz is recognized as the Area 21 Volunteer Spotlight for her outstanding service to the Area 21 Special Olympics Texas Athletes. Marisol is currently a student at Texas A&M International University and will be graduating in May with a degree on Multi-Disciplinary Studies (MDS). Marisol has been active with Special Olympics Texas Area 21 by providing administrative and competition volunteer support. She has also expressed her interest in Special Olympics Texas by applying as an internship at our area office. We thank Marisol for her outstanding support to the athletes and for her involvement in the Laredo area. Thanks for making a difference!
