Heart of Texas Area Special Olympic Texas athletes were invited to run in a special 100-meter race prior to the finals of the Michael Johnson Classic at Baylor University.  The Michael Johnson Dr. Pepper Classic is an annual track and field competition that features top runners from universities all over the country.  On April 23 eight athletes from the Heart of Chargers had the opportunity to participate in this event.  They ran the entire race with a large crowd cheering them on from start to finish.
