Winter Games is January 30 – February 2.  Athletes will participate in bowling, powerlifting and volleyball. It will take about 1,600 volunteers to make this event happen and having your help would be great!

To view the volunteer schedule and sign up for a shift or two, visit the SOTX volunteer page at http://www.sotx.org/competitions/wintergames/volunteer.html or click HERE. The link will take you to the Volunteer Page where you can select an event/venue and view the days and times of competition. When you find a shift that fits your schedule, just click on that link and reserve the number of “tickets” you would like. (A “ticket” equals one volunteer position.)

Volunteers ages 15 and older will need to reserve their positions. Youth volunteers between the ages of 8 and 14 will not need to have a reservation, but they will need to be accompanied by an adult who does have a reservation. One adult may accompany up to four youth. Children younger than 8 years old are not able to volunteer, but are invited to come out and watch as “Fans in the Stands”.

Winter Games Volunteer Registration will run through the beginning of Games. If you have any questions, call 512.491.2947. Also, if you know of anyone who might be interested in joining us, please forward this email to them.

Your involvement can make a difference in the lives of others. To sign up now click HERE.

Thank you for your help and participation with SOTX!
