The Highland Park City Council recognized retired chief Darrell Fant for his recent selection for the Texas Law Enforcement Torch Run Hall of Fame. Chief Fant has been an active member of the Texas LETR since it's inception in 1985 and was instrumental in organizing the Highland Park Breakfast in Blue and other activities. Congratulations, Chief Fant, and than you for supporting Special Olympics Texas!
