Special Olympics Texas athlete Sebastian Neito and his mom, Candy Garza, receiving the 2012

Texas. When he's not competing in bowling or athletics in Special Olympics, Sebastian has been

wowing people with his artwork. It's something he loves and it shows.  Congrats Sebastian!
