Make a Difference at Ragin’ Cajun!
Annual event supports Special Olympics Texas athletes
Break out your beads; it’s time for the 22nd annual Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) Ragin’ Cajun, April 9 in Lubbock! The Mardi Gras-themed event raises money for South Plains area athletes and is sure to be a festive fundraiser you won’t forget.
Ragin’ Cajun will feature live music from local bands, silent and live auctions, and a traditional Cajun-prepared meal of crawfish, shrimp and crab legs. The event will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the City Bank Coliseum, located at 2720 Drive of Champions on the Texas Tech University campus.
Tickets are $35 each before April 8. They may be purchased at the WesTex Federal Credit Union locations in Lubbock and Plainview, and at the South Plains area office, located at 1318 13th Street, Suite 7 in Lubbock. You can also “bayou” tickets at the door the day of the event for $40. Click here to purchase tickets and sponsorships online.
