Bring on the Bowling!

SOTX Athletes Compete in Four-Day Tournament

More than 1,000 Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – Central Texas area athletes are ready to bowl for the gold at the area-wide bowling tournament, November 13-16, in Austin.

Forty-three teams will participate in the competition at Showplace Lanes, located at 9504 N I H 35. The tournament will roll out at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday and Monday with competition ending around 3:30 p.m. on both days. Tuesday’s and Wednesday's competitions will also start at 9:30 a.m. and end around 2:30 p.m.

Come out and support our athletes as fans in the stands while they compete for the gold! Striking volunteer opportunities as lane assistants, lane monitors, award ceremony helpers and scorekeepers are also available.
