A Taste of the Big Easy is Comin' to Midland
Ragin’ Cajun is May 14 in Midland
Get ready to have a Ragin’ Cajun good time for a good cause. With blinged out beads, spicy sausages and crawfish, and Mardi-Gras music, this festive fundraiser is sure to have something for everyone! The annual Special Olympics Texas Ragin’ Cajun is a benefit that supports Permian Basin/Big Bend area athletes.
Ragin' Cajun has all the spirit and excitement of the New Orleans Mardi Gras: live music by Vince Vance & the Valiants, live and silent auctions, and traditional Cajun-prepared bayou fare, including crawfish, shrimp, and crab legs. The Big Easy-themed event is set for May 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Commemorative Air Force Museum Hangar, located at 9600 Wright Drive in Midland.
Tickets may be purchased at the area office, located at 401 West Texas Avenue, Suite 507 in Midland; The Insurance Man, located at 1912 N. Big Spring in Midland; Salon 52, located at 5150 Tanglewood Lane, #C in Odessa; and The Book Worm, located at 1001 S. Lancaster in Big Spring.
