Order Up Support for Special Olympics Texas

First one to the border gets to tip a cop!  From 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, On the Border guests can enjoy a hearty Tex-Mex meal while supporting Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) during Tip a Cop, which will be held at the 2401 South Soncy Road location in Amarillo.

Sponsored by the Law Enforcement Torch Run Committee (LETR), Tip a Cop is a fundraising campaign that raises money for SOTX.  Officers, deputies, troopers, and other LETR members will spend the day at On the Border - in aprons - greeting and serving patrons and collecting tips for Special Olympics Texas!

For more information on Tip a Cop or to find out about volunteer opportunities with SOTX, contact the Panhandle area office at lchrane@sotx.org or 806.374.7171.
