Dine Out and Tip Big for SOTX

Tip A Cop Event Raises Money for Area Athletes

Enjoy a great dinner and change the lives of Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) athletes.  On Friday, April 16, law enforcement officers will trade in the badges to serve as wait staff for the Tip A Cop event at Joe's Crab Shack restaurants across the state and in the Gulf Coast area.

Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) officers will serve you during dinner hours from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. while collecting tips for SOTX.

Participating locations include:
3502 Seawall Boulevard, Galveston
19740 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land

Tip A Cop is one way in which law enforcement has been able to successfully raise funds for Special Olympics Texas athletes.  Special Olympics Texas is a privately funded non-profit organization providing year-round sports training and athletic competition for 36,311 children and adults with intellectual disabilities in the Lone Star State.  Be a part of the movement that is CHANGING LIVES in your community.  For more information, visit our website at www.specialolympicstexas.org.
