Area Aquatics Meet

The Beaumont Area will hold an aquatics meet on Saturday, August 20, 2011 (NEW DATE) at the location listed below.  This event will begin with Opening Ceremonies at 9:45 a.m. and competition will last until 2:30 p.m.

Entries for the Aquatics Meet must be submitted to the Greater Houston area office by Monday, August  1 at 5:00 p.m. You may email (rklovenski@sotx.org), fax (713.290.0226) or mail to area office.

Interested in VOLUNTEERING?

This year we are debuting a new registration process for all volunteers. 
Once inside this new website you will be able to select the volunteer shift in which you would like to work.  It will ask you to "purchase" your ticket to volunteer, there is no monetary value to this purchase, simply click and register.

The website has all the information you will need to be a successful volunteer: map, shift times, what to expect, etc.  Once you “purchase” your ticket to volunteer you will be sent a confirmation email, the day prior to the event you will be sent a reminder email that you have signed up to volunteer.

If for some reason we have inclement weather, we will be able to email you an update immediately giving you the information needed for that day.

If you have any questions regarding volunteering you may send an email to sotx-houstonvolunteers@mail.com where a volunteer in charge of coordinating this event will respond to your questions. Or you may contact the Area Office at the number listed below. Volunteers who have signed up for any event must present a picture ID upon signing in at the event in order to volunteer for the day.
