Regional Bocce Tournament and EKS Day

The Greater Houston Area Office is holding the 2012 Regional Bocce Tournament on September 22, 2012 at The Kinkaid School.  This event will begin with Opening Ceremonies at 9:00 a.m. and competition will last until 5:00 p.m.

Entries are due to the Greater Houston Area Office by 12 p.m. on August 31, 2012, via email or mail.  CLICK HERE to utilize online entries and Team Evaluation Questionnaire forms (TEQ's).

This year, we have established a new registration process for all volunteers.  Four weeks prior to Regional Bocce Tournament, you will find a link to the Eventbrite volunteer registration webpage.

On this page, you will be able to select the volunteer shift in which you would like to work.  It will ask you to "purchase" your ticket to volunteer; there is no monetary value to this purchase, simply click and register.

The website has the information you will need to be a successful volunteer: map, shift times, what to expect, etc.  Once you “purchase” your ticket to volunteer, you will be sent a confirmation email.  The day before the event, you will be sent a reminder email that you signed up to volunteer.

If for some reason we have inclement weather, we will be able to email you an update immediately giving you the information needed for that day.

Also, you may contact the Area Office at the number listed below. Volunteers who have signed up for any event must present a picture ID upon signing in at the event in order to volunteer for the day.
