Gymnastic Competition

The gymnastics Competition will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012  at Birons Gymnastics.

Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. Opening Ceremonies begins at 3:00 p.m. competition beings at 3:30 p.m. and concludes by 5:00 p.m.

Team/Athlete Entries Deadline: Wednesday, February 1, 2012 to the Greater Houston Area Office by 5:00 p.m. Meet Director is April Sawyer for this event.

Interested in VOLUNTEERING?

This year we have established a new registration process for all volunteers.  Four weeks prior to Gymnastics Competition you will find a link to the eventbrite volunteer registration web page for Gymnastics competition.  To register to volunteer please click here

Once inside this new website you will be able to select the volunteer shift in which you would like to work.  It will ask you to "purchase" your ticket to volunteer, there is no monetary value to this purchase, simply click and register.

The website has all the information you will need to be a successful volunteer: map, shift times, what to expect, etc.  Once you “purchase” your ticket to volunteer you will be sent a confirmation email, the day prior to the event you will be sent a reminder email that you signed up to volunteer.

If for some reason we have inclement weather, we will be able to email you an update immediately giving you the information needed for that day.

If you have any questions regarding volunteering you may send an email to sotx-houstonvolunteers@mail.com where a volunteer in charge of coordinating this event will respond to your questions. Or you may contact the Area Office at the number listed below. Volunteers who have signed up for any event must present a picture ID upon signing in at the event in order to volunteer for the day.
