Free Medical Day

Area: 19 - Greater El Paso

Free physical exams will be provided by Providence Hospital for Special Olympics Texas athletes in the Greater El Paso area who need to renew their medical form and also for new Special Olympics athletes. A current medical form is needed in order to participate in trainings and competitions. The medical form must be on the official Special Olympics Texas form (Athlete Enrollment/Medical Release Form), which is good for three years. This medical form will be available on this day.

Please call the area office to check to see if your medical form is current or if you want to be put on the list for a physical.

UIL forms are not accepted.
