Area Entry Deadline for Fall Games

Date: October 14, 2011
Area: Area 19 - Greater El Paso

Area entries from coaches who have a team participating in the 2011 Fall Games are due by 5:00 p.m. to the Special Olympics Texas - Greater El Paso area office.

Area entries should include: Delegation Entry Form, Athlete Enrollment Medical/Release Form for each athlete (signed/dated by doctor and parent/guardian), Coaches Packet Information Form, Athlete Entry Form, Day-of-Events Forms, and Application for Sports Certification Training Form (for NEW coaches). Entries should be either mailed to the area office or hand delivered. No faxed entries please.
