Area Entries Deadline

Area entries from coaches who have a team participating in the 2009 Spring Games are due by 5:00 p.m. to the Special Olympics office at 4100 Rio Bravo, Ste. 311.

Area entries should include: Delegation Entry Form, Athlete Enrollment Medical/Release Form for each athlete (signed/dated by doctor and parent/guardian), Coaches Packet Information Form, Athlete Entry Form, Day-of-Events Forms, Application for Sports Certification Training Form (for NEW coaches), Area Awards - if any, and Motor Activites Training Form - if applicable.

Entries should be either mailed to the area office or hand delivered. No faxed entries will be accepted.
