Basketball Entries Deadline

Date: February 28, 2012
Area: Area 19 - Greater El Paso

Area entries from coaches who have a team participating in the 2012 Basketball Tournament are due by 6:00 p.m. to the Special Olympics office at 4100 Rio Bravo, Ste. 311.

Area entries should include: Delegation Entry Form, Athlete Enrollment Medical/Release Form for each athlete (signed/dated by doctor and parent/guardian), Coaches Packet Information Form, Athlete Entry Form, Day-of-Events Forms, Application for Sports Certification Training Form (for NEW coaches), Area Awards - if any).

Entries should be either mailed to the area office or hand delivered. No faxed entries will be accepted.
