Deadline for Fall Classic Entries

Date: September 3, 2010
Area: Area 18 - Permian/Big Bend

Entries for the Chapter Fall Classic must be submitted to the area office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2010.  The sports included in this competition are: aquatics, bocce, golf, softball, triathlon, and floor hockey.

Please make sure you have the following:
1.  Delegation Entry Form (3 copies)
2.  Athlete Entry Form (3 copies)
3.  Off Campus Housing Form
4. $25 Entry Fee per athlete or intent to pay
5. Aquatics Release Form

Make sure that Athlete Medicals and Volunteer Registration Forms are current.

End: 12:00 p.m.
