West Region Basketball Tournament

Date: March 2, 2012 - March 3, 2012
Area: Area 17 - South Plains

The West Region Basketball Tournament will be held March 2, 2012 (Opening Ceremonies and Media Game) and March 3, 2012 (Competition) at the Amarillo High School Activity Center.  Teams must compete in this regional competition in order to participate in chapter Games.

Saturday, March 3, 2012 - Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., classifications at 8:00 a.m., coaches meeting at 9:30 a.m., and Prelims: Lead-up/Skills at 10:30 a.m.  Competition begins at 10:30 a.m. and concludes at 5:30 p.m.  Additional information on this event will be published as it becomes available.

If you are interested in volunteering at this event or other Special Olympics events, email blancaster@sotx.org.  Volunteers must present a picture identification upon registration.
