Ragin' Cajun

The festive spirit of Louisiana and Mardi Gras will be alive in Lubbock on Saturday, April 9, 2011 during an evening of food, auctions and entertainment at the 22nd Annual Ragin’ Cajun. This fundraiser kicks off at City Bank Coliseum at 4:00 p.m. and will last until 10:00 p.m.

Ragin' Cajun is a yearly event that embodies the spirit and excitement of Mardi Gras, with live music, beads, and traditional "bayou" fare including crawfish, shrimp, crab legs and vegetables.

Volunteers must present a picture identification card upon registration in order to volunteer for the day.
