Basketball Entry Deadline

Entries for the Greater Fort Worth Area Basketball Competition must be submitted to the area office on or before February 15, 2012 before 5:00 p.m.  We encourage you to use the online athlete and delegation entry forms which may be found on the Special Olympics Texas website by clicking these links: Athlete Entry Form or Delegation Entry Form.

Please note:  You must download the forms to your computer to complete. Please send completed forms to Sherron Peace (speace@sotx.org), Cheryl Bledsaw (cbledsaw@sotx.org), fax to (817.446.3420) or mail them to the office.
