Grapevine Krispy Kreme Cops on Top

On May 2 at 6:00 a.m., police officers from Grapevine and Roanoke, along with some of your favorite City Councilmen, will be hoisted to the top of the Krispy Kreme Donut Shop in Grapevine to raise money for Special Olympics Texas. These officers and city officials will be on the roof until 8:00 p.m. on May 4.

The officers will accept donations and compete to see who can stay on top of the store for the longest time. Krispy Kreme will give incentive cards for free coffee and doughnuts to donors. The 2008 Law Enforcement Torch Run t-shirt will also be available for purchase! Get yours before the SOTX Summer Games! Come out in support of your local Torch Run officers - and have a GREAT doughnut while you are there!
