Over the Edge, presented by Apache Corporation, Hess Corporation and ClearChannel Radio, is an unforgettable Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) event that involves participants raising a minimum of $1,000 to rappel in front of an awe-struck crowd of supporters.

The first brave supporter will be handed the rope to rappel at 8:00 a.m., with participants going over the edge throughout the entire day.  Celebrity rappellers include Special Olympics Texas athletes.  MEDIA ONLY: There will be limited opportunities for selected members of the media to go Over the Edge!
