It's Time for the Texas Tech Talent Show

Annual Talent Showcase is an Entertaining Fundraiser Benefitting Special Olympics Texas

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Come one, come all to the greatest show on Earth; well, at least in Lubbock anyway.  Texas Tech University (TTU) Athletics and Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – South Plains area are once again pairing up for the annual talent competition starring some of SOTX’s finest.

The curtain will open and the spotlight will shine beginning at 7:00 p.m. on February 6 at the Allen Theater (student union building) on the TTU campus.  Cheer on our competitors and support our singers, dancers and other talented athletes as they rival away from the basketball court, flag football field and golf course for the chance to take home the top prize in the show.

Admission is free for all SOTX athletes and TTU student athletes, as well as kids under 10.  Admission is $7 for the general public, $5 with a TTU ID card and $3 for children ages 10-17.  Proceeds benefit SOTX – South Plains area athletes.  Contact Freddie Taylor (ftaylor@sotx.org) at 806.374.7171 or Justin Paysinger (Justin.paysinger@ttu.edu) at 806.742.0150 ext. 230 for more information.
