These area lists will provide the following information known for each certified coach: name, hometown, delegation, coach certifications, and coach expiration date. The coach certification column includes sport specific certifications as well as Level II, Level III or Level IV status.

There are two areas for you to review:
1) The list of coach certifications
2) The coach expiration date

When reviewing the lists, if you feel the coach certifications listed by your name is not complete then the Practicum Form may be missing. You can download the Practicum Form, fill it out (keep a copy for your files) and submit the original to your area office. Your area office in turn will review it and send the form on to the chapter office. The Practicum Form can be downloaded from the link on this page. If you have problems downloading the Practicum Form you can request a copy from your area office.

When reviewing the lists, if your coach expiration date has expired or is due to expire you can send in proof of continuing education to your area office. Your area office will in turn forward this information on to the chapter office. Examples of continuing education may include CPR, First Aid, SOTX coaches training courses (like athletics, bocce, bowling, etc.), as well as, other trainings or seminars that help you better understand or work with the athletes.
