The Gulf Coast (Area 22) Sports Management Team (SMT) is a representative body of volunteers and staff members. Agendas include, but are not limited to competition/training issues, along with implementation of outreach opportunities & events. As well as, providing/addressing all families, coaches, athletes and volunteer concerns/issues.
This committee is responsible for facilitating change and creating new strategies to better serve the athletes, coaches and the volunteers of the Gulf Coast. The committee strives to ensure that the Gulf Coast programs maintain the guidelines and policies set forth by the Gulf Coast Sports Management Team (SMT), Chapter/State SMT, Board of Directors, SOTX as an organization and SOI.
