Area 19 Greater El Paso Special Olympics Texas will host the Free Medical Day on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the Center for Integrative Cancer Medicine at 4532 N. Mesa Drive.
The first athlete will be seen starting at 8:00 a.m. and the last one will be seen no later than 10:15 a.m.
Free physical exams will be provided for any new Special Olympics Texas athletes and for those who need to renew their medical forms. A current medical form is needed in order to participate in all athlete trainings and competitions.
The form must be on an official Athlete Enrollment/Medical Release Form, which is good for 3 years.
UIL SCHOOL FORMS ARE NOW ACCEPTED - however, you must also hand in a Special Olympics Consent Form (page 3 of Athlete Medical Form).
***You may choose to go to your family physician, however, the Athlete Enrollment/Medical Release Form must still be filled out.
Keep a copy for your records and either mail or email the medical form to the area office at the address or email listed below. You can also stop by the office Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. but please call first.

From I-10 East, exit Downtown exit; head north on Mesa St. past Executive Center and before Camelot Heights St. The building will be on your right.
From I-10 West, exit Executive Center, turn left onto Mesa St. The building will be on your right.
