Training: Bocce/Softball Coach

End Time: 12:30 p.m.

The Bocce & Softball Coaches Training School is welcome to any individual interested (no experience necessary) in becoming certified coach for Special OlympicsThis training course focuses on the basic skills and strategies of the sport, fundamental skills development for the athletes, as well as, competition and game understanding. This course includes a classroom session, an activity session performing the skills with the trainer and clinician, and a model training session with athletes.

Those attending this training can only obtain certification in one of the two sports.
