Going “NUTS” for Special Olympics Texas, that is what the Texas Roadhouse in Abilene has done. During the month of April Texas Roadhouse of Abilene promoted our mission by showing customers how they could support us in making a monetary donation to purchase a “Nut.” This is the 2nd year that they have offered this promo and this year they were able to raise $2,171.00 for the Big Country/Concho Valley Area. Thank you to the top promoters- Assistant Service Manager-Paulie Hand and Waitstaff – Kayla Mayo.

Our local Texas Roadhouse is a huge supporter of our athletes!  They work throughout the year to help us raise revenue to fund our different events. They do this by hosting the “Nuts” for SOTX, Tip A Cop, our LETR Firetruck Pull, and offering other ways to enhance other events. A huge THANK YOU to Managing Partner – Sam Holt and Local Store Marketer/Abilene – Amanda Adkins for being “NUTS” about Special Olympics Texas!
