Buy Your SOTX Strong Challenge Coin Now

We're excited to announce the debut of the #SOTXSTRONG Challenge Coin! This special Challenge Coin commemorates the strength and bravery exhibited by all Special Olympics Texas athletes and families in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Like many fellow Texans, SOTX is still feeling Hurricane Harvey's devastating aftermath. Although our facilities along the Texas coast came through the storm undamaged, many of the venues where our planned fundraising events were scheduled were not so lucky, and we were forced to cancel or indefinitely postpone them. We face a shortfall of more than $1 million!.

Our friends at MTM Custom Awards (the company that makes our athlete medals and ribbons) have come to the rescue, donating these amazing commemorative Challenge Coins in honor of our athletes and families, so 100% of the purchase price will go toward maintaining programs for Special Olympics Texas athletes across the state!

The 1-1/2 inch Challenge Coin displays the #SOTXSTRONG motto, “Let Me Be Brave, Let Us Be Strong” on one side and shows 19 stars – representing each of the 19 SOTX areas – on the other side. These limited-edition coins are available exclusively on the online SOTX Shop and cost $20 each. These coins will be a unique and meaningful gift for the special people in your life. Be sure to place your order soon – they will sell quickly.
