How long have you been involved in Special Olympics?

I have been participating in Special Olympics since the 10th grade. It has been five years.

In what sports have you trained and competed?

Bowling, basketball, soccer and track and field.

Do you have a favorite sport?

My favorite sport is basketball.

What is a favorite memory from your experiences with Special Olympics?

My favorite memory is traveling on the big charter bus to Arlington to compete for State with the track team and basketball team. This was the first time going somewhere by myself without family. It was very exciting

You are part of Project Search in RRISD. Where do you work and what do you do?

I work at Seton Williamson Hospital through Project Search, and I do stocking, labeling books, collect discharged patients charts, and take equipment to the dirty room. I also work at H-E-B and Planet Fitness on the weekends.

What do you like to do when you are at home?

I like to watch TV, check the mail and walk the dog.

Do you have a pet?

Yes, I have two dogs and three cats total.

Who is your favorite music group or song?

Bruno Mars is my favorite singer.

What is something people might not know about you?

I come from a very big family. I have five siblings, five step siblings, two half siblings and I am the oldest.

What do you do in the summer time?

I like to go to the movies, travel to new places, try new things, go swimming play kickball and finally I enjoy working.
